Location: Dublin, OH (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of corporate, operational, project management, construction, and real estate-related positions. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, attract top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, workforce planning initiatives, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking, community partnerships, universities, and social media channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare and extend offers while managing pre-employment activities.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication.
• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting professional-level talent across a variety of functions.
• Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidate recruitment strategies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience recruiting within one or more of the following areas is highly preferred:
  • Construction
  • Real Estate Development
  • Asset Management
  • Investment Management
  • Finance
• Experience with the following platforms is preferred:
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Workday
  • UKG

Schedule

Hybrid schedule with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays.

Pay

$30–35/hr (contract to hire with strong potential for full-time conversion).
