Talent Operations and Strategy Senior Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Talent Operations and Strategy Senior Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead cross-functional talent operations and strategy efforts that support executive priorities, organizational health, and enterprise-wide execution. The ideal candidate will partner closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive alignment, deliver high-impact initiatives, and strengthen the effectiveness of talent programs and practices. This position also plays a key role in continuous improvement, communication cadence, and the coordination of strategic projects across the HR function.
