About the role

The Talent Acquisition Team at Fluidstack is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to own hiring strategy, execution, and tracking for Fluidstack's Software org. This role involves building and scaling a talent acquisition function across manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial operations business units. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team of TA Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators, set strategy, and close critical searches themselves.

Responsibilities

  • Own hiring strategy, execution, and tracking for Fluidstack's Software org, building the annual delivery plan while staying hands-on closing critical searches yourself.
  • Lead and scale a talent acquisition function across manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial operations business units.
  • Partner directly with senior hiring managers to forecast headcount, map talent needs, and align hiring strategy to business objectives.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of TA Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators with clear direction and performance accountability.
  • Design hiring processes that balance speed with candidate quality, driving recruitment for hard-to-fill skilled trades, procurement, and supply chain roles to high offer-acceptance rates, and own the hiring metrics and recruiting infrastructure (ATS workflows, interview rubrics, calibration) that keep the funnel healthy.

Requirements

You've built and run hiring for manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations orgs in a hyper-growth environment, ramping headcount without dropping the bar.

  • Lead a team and set strategy but stay in the work.
  • Take the hard searches, model great execution, and don't delegate your way out of accountability.
  • Know the difference between competent and exceptional and won't compromise on it, for your team's hires or your own.
  • Every hire raises the average.
  • Build for the year but can lead quick pivots.
  • Anticipate hiring needs and map talent landscapes so your team never starts a critical role from zero.
  • Measure what matters (pipeline conversion, source quality, time-to-hire) and use it to manage performance and make decisions.
  • Give clear, honest feedback and build trust by being straight with your team, not easy on them.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven track record of building and running hiring functions in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations environments.
  • Experience scaling a TA function through rapid headcount growth.
  • Strong understanding of immigration and global mobility coordination.
  • Experience in employer brand building.

Skills

  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ATS systems and recruiting best practices.

Benefits

  • Competitive total compensation package (salary + equity).
  • Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms.
