Talent Insights Analyst
Position Summary
We are seeking an inquisitive, analytical, and commercially minded Talent Insights Analyst to support our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) teams. This is ideal for an early career research and analytics professional. This is a recruitment support and analytics role designed to help our recruiting team move from reactive, firefighting mode into strategic work.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct labor market research for specific roles, industries, and geographic locations.
Analyze talent supply and demand trends, skills availability, competitive hiring landscapes, and workforce dynamics.
Research compensation benchmarks, salary trends, and market competitiveness.
Evaluate recruitment challenges and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.
Monitor industry developments, economic trends, and workforce changes that may impact recruiting strategies.
Partner with recruiters and delivery leaders to develop market intelligence for Recruitment Strategy Meetings and client consultations.
Provide insights that help shape sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-volume positions.
Support workforce planning discussions with data-driven insights and recommendations.
Aid in the development of talent maps, competitor analyses, and candidate market overviews.
Prepare role-specific intelligence reports and talent insight summaries for recruiters and client stakeholders.
Gather information from multiple data sources and validate findings for accuracy and relevance.
Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights within recruitment and labor market data.
Transform research findings into concise executive summaries and client-ready recommendations.
Maintain templates, dashboards, and standard reporting materials.
Create professional PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, strategy sessions, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and workforce planning discussions.
Develop visually compelling reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
Support employer branding, talent attraction, and recruitment marketing initiatives through market research and competitive analysis.
Stay informed on emerging recruitment technologies, labor market intelligence platforms, and workforce analytics tools.
Identify new sources of talent intelligence and innovative ways to improve insight generation.
Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance the team's market intelligence capability.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, workforce research, recruitment marketing, or a related field.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to validate information from multiple sources.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem solving.
Preferred:
Experience in RPO, staffing, recruitment advertising, or talent intelligence.
Exposure to labor market analytics platforms such as Lightcast, LinkedIn Talent Insights, TalentNeuron, Horsefly, EMSI, or similar tools.
Experience creating executive-level presentations.
Understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition processes.
Familiarity with recruitment marketing, SEO, job boards, and employer branding concepts.

Base salary range of $62,000 to $67,000, 10% target bonus opportunity.
