Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Source candidates through job boards and other channels to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Screen resumes and manage large applicant pools using an Applicant Tracking System.
• Support recruitment initiatives related to organizational restructuring and workforce needs.
• Affiliate with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet hiring goals and timelines.
• Track recruiting activity and candidate pipelines using detailed Excel spreadsheets.
• Prepare and report weekly recruiting metrics and status updates.
• Provide administrative and coordination support throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure accuracy in candidate records, reporting, and documentation.
• Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Support hiring for engineering, utility, telecom, or other technical roles as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience working with high volume of applicants to fill positions on an ongoing basis in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts.
• Work experience related to activities for recruiting, resume screening, and using Applicant Tracking Systems to monitor large applicant pools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in creating excel spreadsheets with numerous data points (columns) to track and report status on a weekly basis.
• Proven interpersonal skills and ability to drive results through collaboration with stakeholders.
• Team player.
• Proved track record to meet strict goals and deadlines for deliverables.
• Strong organizations skills.
• Razor sharp attention to detail.
• Accuracy in reporting stats is vital to success in this assignment.
• Strong personality, looking for a candidate who can keep the team on track and in line.
• Experience working on Engineering related roles, utility, telecom a huge plus.
