What You'll Do
- Turn our network into our pipeline: Build systems to surface second and third-degree connections across LinkedIn, GitHub, operator communities, and referral graphs.
- Automate sourcing and outreach: Stand up and tune agents and sequences to find, enrich, and reach candidates faster and more personally.
- Put AI on the first read: Design LLM-assisted screening to filter for fit before humans review candidates.
- Make Ashby run itself: Wire Ashby into sourcing, outreach, scheduling, and communications to move candidate statuses automatically.
- Instrument the funnel: Track key metrics and build dashboards for real-time visibility into the hiring process.
- Help us close: Bring energy to the front line of hiring to make candidates genuinely excited about the opportunity.
