Salary Range: $98,825 to $150,000. This position is eligible for the annual performance bonus plan. Final determination of starting pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

About the Role

The Program Manager contributes to the design, development, and execution of training materials for the Operations Development Program (ODP), which includes the Project Management Development (PMD) and Production Development (PDP) programs. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, this role will support training programs prioritized by the development needs of project management and production roles, as well as organizational goals.

The Program Manager will assist in collecting and developing content for the ODP to equip employees with tools and resources for growth while ensuring high performance. This role involves collaborating with organizational leaders to curate training content, ensuring consistency and a positive learning experience.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the development and delivery of training modules based on organizational needs.
  • Conduct discovery research on current processes, best practices, and pitfalls when collecting source documentation for new training modules, with CEI’s diverse audience in mind.
  • Develop, customize, and support the implementation of instructional content to maximize learning outcomes for specific audiences and functional groups.
  • Track and report on project/program milestones.
  • Identify training or process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations.
  • Build effective relationships with leaders, team members, and subject matter experts.
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts to ensure consistent delivery of training and materials.
  • Maintain the learning schedule and events calendar, including logistics such as agenda scheduling, organizing speakers, and materials.
  • Coordinate meetings and virtual classes/events using virtual delivery tools.
  • Recommend training methodologies, techniques, and tools to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Develop solutions for ad hoc projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor training activities and manage content.
  • Create and maintain regular communications, such as program updates and schedules, to keep employees informed of training events and resources.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining training materials in the Learning Management System (Cornerstone) to track training and generate reports.
  • Work on challenges of diverse scope, analyzing data to evaluate identifiable factors and select appropriate methods for solutions.
  • Network with senior internal and external personnel when developing content or solutions.
  • Build learning and development capabilities by staying current and expanding knowledge through professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a similar field preferred.
  • Five (5) years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Seasoned construction project management professional with a full understanding of this specialized area.
  • Training or learning and development experience preferred.
