About the role

Join a dynamic Talent Development and Inclusion team in a highly visible contract role focused on creating engaging new hire experiences, strengthening learning programs, and turning feedback into actionable insights. This position blends facilitation, program strategy, survey management, event production, and data analysis to help shape how employees learn, connect, and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the in-person New Hire Orientation experience in Palo Alto, delivering a welcoming and polished Day 1 experience each week.
  • Refresh and improve the orientation strategy and playbook, including content updates and support for volunteer facilitators across functions.
  • Manage Talent Development and Inclusion measurement efforts, including survey creation, survey cycles, feedback collection, and data quality.
  • Build and maintain reporting and scorecard materials that track learning reach, talent signals, manager metrics, and relevant AI practices.
  • Analyze program feedback, usage trends, and survey results to identify insights and recommend improvements that increase engagement and business value.
  • Support quarterly learning events in Palo Alto and across the Americas by coordinating logistics and helping deliver a strong attendee experience.
  • Provide light consulting support to HR business partners, people leaders, and team members on learning and development offerings.
  • Partner with global and local HR stakeholders to ensure programs are aligned, effective, and easy to use.
  • Bring an AI-literate approach to program execution and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with data management and data analysis tools.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience using Claude Co-work or Google Gemini.
  • Experience with a learning management system.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to organize multiple priorities, manage details, and follow through on deadlines.
  • Comfort working with survey and feedback data to create practical insights.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Qualtrics.
  • Strong preference for experience with Docebo LMS.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with Workday.
  • Event production or learning event coordination experience.
  • Experience supporting orientation, onboarding, or employee development programs.
  • Ability to think creatively about learner experience and program design.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $82 - $118 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
