This role involves coordinating recruitment activities and managing day-to-day operations for their contract-based staffing team. Key Responsibilities:• Source, screen, and interview candidates for client positions across various industries.• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.• Coordinate interviews and communicate hiring decisions to candidates and hiring managers.• Partner with hiring teams to identify staffing needs and fill roles promptly.• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws during the hiring process. Required Skills & Qualifications:• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.• Excellent communication skills to liaise between candidates and hiring managers.• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced contract environment.
