About the role

At The Wellsville Group, we're growing—and that means we're always looking for great people to join our team. As a Talent Coordinator, you'll play a big part in making that happen. You'll connect with candidates, partner with our leaders, keep the hiring process moving, and help make sure every person who interacts with us has a great experience.

This isn't a sit-behind-the-scenes kind of role. You'll be talking to candidates, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, working with hiring managers, and helping us tell our story as an employer. If you're organized, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy helping people, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities

  • Review applications and resumes to identify candidates who could be a great fit.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and get to know candidates beyond their resume.
  • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews and keep everything moving.
  • Prepare offer letters and help guide candidates through the offer process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and help them find the right people.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our ATS.
  • Keep recruiting activity organized and make sure the details don't fall through the cracks.
  • Prepare interview materials and provide support to hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Balance multiple openings, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Follow company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruiting process.
  • Partner with HR, Learning & Development, and leadership to create a smooth transition from hiring to onboarding.
  • Help showcase The Wellsville Group as a great place to work through job postings, social media, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Bring our vision, mission, and values to life in every candidate interaction.
  • Look for ways to make the recruiting experience better—for candidates, hiring managers, and our team.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A people person. You genuinely enjoy talking to people and building relationships.
  • Organized. You can keep track of a lot of moving pieces without letting the details slip.
  • A strong communicator. You're comfortable talking with candidates, hiring managers, and leaders—and you know how to make people feel heard.
  • Adaptable. Priorities can change quickly, and you're able to roll with it without missing a beat.
  • Positive and proactive. You don't wait for someone to tell you there's a problem—you see it and help solve it.
  • Team-oriented. You can work independently, but you also know how to collaborate and support the team around you.
  • Discreet and professional. You understand the importance of confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.

You should also be comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
  • Experience working with an ATS; ADP experience is a plus.

Benefits

  • Full-time opportunity with room to grow.
  • Hybrid schedule available after 90 days.
  • Collaborative, supportive Talent Team.
  • Opportunity to build experience across recruiting, HR, onboarding, and employer branding.
  • A company that believes our people are our greatest asset.

Pay

$21–$23 hourly wage.
