Talent Consultant - Contract

DISHER is seeking an intuitive, analytical, and tenacious individual to provide professional talent acquisition support for our customers. You will lead and coordinate the recruitment process—planning, sourcing, screening, and hiring—to acquire the best talent. Responsibilities include fostering relationships with candidates and customers to connect the right person with the right position.

Responsibilities

• Support comprehensive efforts and strategies to source and recruit top engineering talent for external partner opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers in strategic technical recruiting and talent attraction efforts.
• Source qualified candidates using multiple recruiting resources and advanced outbound sourcing techniques.
• Provide insight and guidance on talent market trends, pipeline growth, talent attraction, and candidate engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Previous sales or recruiting internship experience.
• Professional, patient, and positive attitude.
• Team-based and creative approach to problem-solving.
• Self-motivated with the ability to execute with excellence.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with a keen sense of urgency in a dynamic work environment.
• Must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without restrictions or expirations.
