Talent Consultant Assistant Director - FSO Tax

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate HR activities for a defined population within the Financial Services Organization’s (FSO) Tax practice.
- Execute innovative HR programs aligned to our Talent strategy.
- Implement key processes such as performance management, compensation, and career development.
- Address a wide range of employee inquiries and advise business leaders on people-related matters.
- Gather and analyze data related to headcount, budgets, and compensation to identify trends and recommend actionable insights.
Skills and attributes for success
- Proven ability to manage a diverse and fast-moving portfolio of projects.
- Strong working knowledge of HR laws, policies, and standard practices.
- Track record of successfully implementing AI-driven HR and workforce transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact and sustainable change.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence leaders and support adoption of new programs and change initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
To qualify for the role
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Seven or more years of relevant HR or Talent-related experience.
- Ideal qualifications include a master’s degree, SHRM certification (or equivalent), and experience working in a professional services environment or complex matrix organization.
Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $96,300 to $180,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $115,600 to $204,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
