Our Values: Personal, Agile, Innovative, and Integrity Summary: The Talent Business Partner is responsible for managing full life-cycle recruitment for assigned salaried and professional roles across Attindas (North America). This role partners closely with hiring managers, local HR teams, and business leaders, including c-suite executives, to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent while delivering a consistent, professional, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This position plays a key role in supporting the organization’s talent priorities through proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, recruitment process management, talent reporting, and support for employment branding initiatives, along with orientation coordination for local and remote hires. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions and priorities. Key Responsibilities: Manage full life-cycle recruitment for assigned salaried, professional, and leadership positions. Partner with HR partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and candidate profiles. Post and advertise approved requisitions through appropriate internal and external channels. Conduct active candidate searches, review applicants, and identify qualified talent. Build and maintain candidate pipelines through networking, passive outreach, referrals, universities, employment agencies, and other recruitment resources. Pre-screen candidates and assess qualifications, leadership competencies, culture fit, and future potential. Recommend candidates for interviews based on role requirements and business needs. Coordinate interviews, support panel scheduling, and help ensure hiring teams are prepared for the interview and selection process. Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Ensure applicant progression, interview outcomes, and required documentation are accurately maintained in the applicant tracking system. Prepare and coordinate offer letters, background checks, drug screening where applicable, and other pre-employment steps in partnership with HR and hiring managers. Support onboarding coordination (for roles not in Raleigh) and onboarding paperwork and presentations (Raleigh and remote). Talent Reporting, Systems, and Process Compliance Maintain accurate requisition, candidate, and hiring activity data in the applicant tracking system. Support reporting of talent acquisition metrics and recruitment activity. Identify process gaps, data quality issues, or opportunities to improve consistency in (global) recruiting practices. Support standardization of recruitment processes, documentation, and hiring manager resources. Recruitment Marketing and Employment Branding Support employment branding initiatives alongside local HR and corporate communications that help position Attindas as an employer of choice. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support recruitment-related communications, job advertisements, and candidate attraction efforts. Manage recruitment advertising activity and vendor relationships as assigned. Talent Project Support Provide support for talent-related projects, process improvements, reporting needs, and other HR initiatives as assigned. Examples: compliance training, performance review support, manager training, learning emails, etc. Collaborate with HR colleagues to support business priorities connected to recruiting, talent pipelines, and workforce planning. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree5 to 7 years of Human Resources experience, with a strong background in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience managing full life-cycle recruitment processes. Experience working with an applicant tracking system and/or HRIS (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter and Jobvite experience preferred)Experience supporting recruitment metrics, employment branding, or process improvement initiatives. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and stakeholders at the same time. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation. Preferred Qualifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification. Experience recruiting for manufacturing, operations, professional, corporate, or leadership roles. Experience working in a multi-site or global organization.
