About the role

SOGO’s Executive Search service helps companies identify and secure experienced senior talent capable of driving performance, leading teams, and accelerating business growth. We work closely with founders, directors, and leadership teams to understand the culture, values, and long-term vision of the business, ensuring every hire is commercially strong and culturally aligned. Our approach focuses on attracting leaders who can create stability, inspire teams, and deliver measurable impact in highly competitive real estate markets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract senior talent with the right mix of experience and cultural fit
  • Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and long-term goals
  • Develop and execute search strategies that align with client objectives
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and cultural fit
  • Present compelling case studies and market intelligence to support hiring decisions
  • Ensure all hires are commercially strong and culturally aligned with the organization
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and networks
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform search strategies

Requirements

  • Proven track record in executive search or related field
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets and industry dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Experience working with diverse client groups and cultures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in executive search or related field
  • Passion for real estate and a deep understanding of its complexities
  • Experience in identifying and securing senior talent in high-stakes environments
  • Strong network of industry contacts and professional relationships
