Talent Associate
Talent Acquisition
Talent acquisition makes up approximately 50% of your responsibilities. You will own the end-to-end recruiting process for analyst and associate-level hires, from sourcing, screening, and interviews through offer and close. Lead our on-campus recruiting strategy at target schools, including planning and executing events, maintaining relationships with career offices, and cultivating candidates. Manage the recruiting funnel in Rippling, ensuring data is accurate and reporting is timely. Train consultants to conduct interviews effectively and represent the firm well to candidates. Develop and enhance our recruiting materials, including case prep resources and firm value proposition content by candidate audience.
Talent Management and Professional Development
This component of your role makes up about 30%. You will support the onboarding experience for new hires, coordinate and execute training programs across tenure levels, and provide coordination and logistical support for the bi-annual performance review process. You will also support the bi-annual People Survey process, from survey launch and data collection through synthesis and presentation.
HR Operations
About 20% of your responsibilities will be dedicated to HR operations. You will assist with HR administration in Rippling, including onboarding workflows, data updates, and basic reporting. Coordinate logistics for monthly all hands Team Meetings, including agenda preparation and gathering inputs from firm leaders. Support weekly staffing coordination, including preparation for the staffing meeting and follow-up communications. Maintain and update the contractor database, ensuring records are current and accessible. Support ad hoc HR and People projects as they arise, including research, benchmarking, and process improvement initiatives.
Growth and Development
This role is designed for someone who wants to build a career in People and Talent within a high-caliber professional services environment. You will have direct access to and mentorship from our Head of Talent, and will have opportunities to work directly with each of our Partners. You will get exposure to the full breadth of the People function in a way that would take years to accumulate at a larger firm. Over time, as Actionist grows, this role is expected to evolve: there is a clear path toward deeper ownership of a functional area, whether that is talent acquisition, professional development, or something else that plays to your strengths.
