About the role
Talent Acquisition Lead Contractor is responsible for managing the recruitment process for contractor positions. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating applications.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through various channels
- Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews
- Evaluating resumes and cover letters
- Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure candidate fit
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for contractor roles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field
- Experience with contractor management systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proven ability to source and evaluate candidates
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
