About the role

Talent Acquisition Lead Contractor is responsible for managing the recruitment process for contractor positions. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating applications.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates through various channels
  • Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews
  • Evaluating resumes and cover letters
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure candidate fit
  • Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for contractor roles

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field
  • Experience with contractor management systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to source and evaluate candidates
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
