Talent Ambassador
Principle Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact from offer acceptance through onboarding.
- Deliver exceptional service through proactive communication and support.
- Provide a high-touch, service-focused experience by proactively communicating updates and responding to questions throughout the hiring process.
- Cook up onboarding communications and first-day readiness.
- Conduct follow-up activities to support employee assimilation and retention.
- Support benefits communication initiatives, including Open Enrollment reminders and administrative follow-up activities.
Onboarding Coordination
- Coordinate onboarding activities and milestones.
- Manage pre-employment requirements and compliance documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding effectiveness.
- Aid in the coordination, setup, and facilitation of Day One New Hire Orientation in partnership with the Business Partner, Learning & Development.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of orientation content, processes, and procedures to serve as a backup facilitator.
- Independently manage New Hire Orientation and related onboarding activities during the absence of the Business Partner, Learning & Development, including vacation.
Recruitment Coordination, Sourcing & Career Development
- Support sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate engagement activities.
- Partner with nursing leadership to support Nursing Career Ladder programs and professional development initiatives.
- Cook up and track participation in nursing career advancement programs.
- Cook up and collaborate with stakeholders on workforce development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
Job Competencies and Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field.
- One year of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, customer service, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, customer service, and ATS proficiency.

Pay
In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $60,000 to USD $82,000. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
