Your future role at a glance Location: Remote with a strong preference to reside within the greater Milwaukee, Wisconsin area Facility: Remote with ability to travel to sites within the Wisconsin marketDepartment: Talent AcquisitionSchedule: Day Shift l Full-timeEligible for annual bonus incentive #HRJob How you’ll make an impact in this role Streamlines the recruiting process with systems or procedures.Conducts regular meetings with ministry stakeholders to review progress, resolve issues, and identify challenges.Ensures that all weekly reports and dashboards are consistently completed and submitted to the appropriate stakeholders.Assigns tasks, prioritizes and coordinates work. Monitors organizational structure and budget management.Performance management of Talent Acquisition team What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Education and Work Experience: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
