Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Talent Advisor - Jamestown Engine Plant to join our Cummins Inc. team in Jamestown, NY. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract and secure top talent for critical manufacturing and business roles.
- Develop strategic sourcing initiatives that build diverse and sustainable candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to drive efficient, high-quality hiring decisions aligned with business objectives.
- Enhance the candidate experience through timely communication, effective assessment, and professional engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize data, recruiting metrics, and market insights to improve recruiting effectiveness and support informed talent decisions.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment legislation, company policies, and established hiring standards.
- Strengthen Cummins' employment brand by supporting recruiting events, talent marketing initiatives, and community engagement efforts.
- Drive continuous improvement by leading recruitment projects, optimizing processes, and identifying opportunities to increase operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
- Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
- PREFERRED: Preferred experience supporting high-volume hiring within a manufacturing environment.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reporting tools to manage recruitment workflows, monitor hiring activity, and provide stakeholder insights.
- Apply data-driven recruiting practices to evaluate talent pipelines, measure recruiting effectiveness, and support business decision-making.
- Demonstrate strong candidate assessment and selection capabilities while ensuring a consistent, compliant, and objective hiring process.
- Collaborate effectively across HR, business leadership, and external talent sources to deliver workforce solutions aligned with organizational needs.
- Exhibit strong communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills to drive successful hiring outcomes.
- Foster an inclusive and candidate-centric approach that values diverse perspectives and supports Cummins' culture and values.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen market presence and attract high-quality talent.
