Talent Acqusition Partner

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Sources and sells opportunities to candidates through various channels.
• Efficiently screens and coordinates interview processes with department managers.
• Partners with local operations and/or human resources teams to support interviews and hiring needs.
• Sells our story to ensure our employer brand mission and vision align with candidates.
• Develops effective relationships with schools and feeder organizations.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis.
• Periodic travel to relevant recruiting events.
• Ensures all aspects of the recruitment process, including candidate documentation and data records, comply with policies and compliance.
• Full-cycle recruiting including pre-screening, interview scheduling, ATS management, etc.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Experience in healthcare/EMS (preferred).
• Experience in Social Media, Sourcing and full life cycle recruiting (preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid State driver license.
