Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist Compensation: $50 - $60 per hour Location: New York City (Hybrid - 2-3 days in office, Manhattan) Industry: CPG (open to profiles from life sciences, retail, or similar fast paced environments) Duration: 6 months (Start ASAP) We are partnering with a consumer goods organization to hire an Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist to support senior-level hiring across corporate functions. This role is suited to a more experienced TA professional with strong stakeholder management skills, exposure to leadership hiring, and experience operating in fast-paced retail or CPG environments.Working within a lean HR team, this individual will lead recruitment for exempt-level roles across the US, coordinate international hiring processes, and partner closely with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
