- Manage new hire onboarding to ensure every new employee feels prepared and excited on day one.
- Bring Hagerman's story to life on social media and through recruiting tools and technology to compete for top talent.
Requirements
- A degree (or equivalent experience) and genuine interest in talent acquisition, HR, or workforce development.
- Experience with ATS platforms, candidate management systems, or a fast willingness to learn them.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable presenting to a classroom or messaging a hiring manager.
- Working knowledge of employment law and a commitment to fair, compliant hiring practices.
- Curiosity about the future of HR, including comfort using AI tools thoughtfully and responsibly.
- Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required.
