Responsibilities
- Work with Recruiting, Human Resources, Program Managers and Executives to develop strategic sourcing strategies targeting cleared technical professionals (active and passive job seekers).
- Partner with Recruiting and Hiring Managers to identify key requirements for each role.
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for positions.
- Build a continuous candidate pipeline and create leads through various sourcing methods.
- Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings—submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
- Build and identify networks through industry groups and contacts, association memberships, and current employees to identify qualified candidates and expand our talent pipeline.
- Maintain accurate reporting and fully utilize the Applicant Tracking System (Paycom).
- Congduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans, sourcing techniques, time to fill metrics and quality of hires.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external "customers."
- Able to work extended hours, any shift, or weekends as required.
- Support proposal efforts by identifying and sourcing contingent key personnel.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must submit to a background investigation and be eligible for a Secret clearance.
