About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at iCIMS is responsible for recruiting with specialized skills focusing on attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates. This role requires a background in strategic recruiting, talent mapping, analysis, and reporting, along with expertise in AI and technology strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor hiring managers, providing guidance on interview questions and identifying both required expertise and soft skills.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Stay up to date on compensation trends.
  • Maintain accurate records that can be used to create talent analytics.
  • Develop and lead intern programs.
  • Contribute to strong pipeline generation and make informed candidate recommendations.
  • Actively build the talent pool.
  • Manage and monitor AI strategies and job board relationships.
  • Organize and participate in various career fairs while building relationships.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
  • Be a key player in building a culture that promotes opportunities and career paths for our employees as the company grows.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the human resources field and best practices.
  • Strong technical and computer skills, including ability to handle highly confidential data and materials.
