We are working with a well-established boutique consultancy that delivers large-scale transformation programmes for clients across the Retail, Consumer, Hospitality, and Real Estate sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take ownership of full-cycle recruitment across a variety of consulting and corporate positions in a fully remote role, with a preference for candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing through to offer acceptance.
- Partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to define hiring requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source and engage high-quality talent through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial video interviews to assess candidate suitability, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and candidate communications throughout the process.
- Administer online assessments and support panel selection processes.
- Support on-boarding activities for new hires.
- Create compelling and inclusive job advertisements and recruitment marketing content.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting within the ATS.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including social media and careers content.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects focused on process improvement and operational excellence.
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting within Professional Services firms, Technology transformation consultancies, or Change management consultancies.
- Agency recruitment experience is highly valued.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience recruiting for consulting-related roles such as Program Managers, Business Analysts, Trainers, Change Consultants, or Organisational Change Management (OCM) Consultants.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Bullhorn or similar recruitment platforms.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.

Team & Culture
You'll report directly to a senior leader within the Talent Acquisition team and work closely with business leaders across multiple regions and levels. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and fast-moving, with daily interaction across teams and regular global engagement.
