Position Responsibilities
- Support the full-cycle recruiting process by managing job postings, sourcing, scheduling and candidate communications while building and promoting the PACCAR and Kenworth employer brand.
- Aid in sourcing candidates for a variety of roles, including technical and non-technical positions (Engineering, Sales, Marketing, IT, Accounting, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build candidate pipelines
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens
- Help coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Partner with HR Business Partners to identify internal talent and support internal mobility efforts
- Maintain accurate data in SuccessFactors
- Support recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
- Drive and take a proactive approach to partnering with hiring managers to support and advance recruiting efforts
Skills & Qualifications
- Required:
- 2-3 years of experience working in HR, sales, marketing, or other people-facing roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Interest in talent acquisition and building a career in recruiting
- Exposure to SuccessFactors is a plus
