TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST, On-Site, Charleston, SC

Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter you will assist with the recruitment process for hourly and frontline positions in the housekeeping department of a local hospital. This position is 100% on-site with no hybrid option.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit hourly employees using a variety of methods.
• Conduct phone screens and schedule manager interviews.
• Aid with onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Responsible for HR policy and guideline compliance.
• Effectively interact and collaborate with customers and team-members.
• Aid with HR assignments and projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED required.
• A College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of administrative experience or 2-4 years of HR experience.
• An HR certification a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
• The ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
• The ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.
• Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership.
• Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
