Talent Acquisition Specialist- Legal and Accounting

What You’ll Do

• Source and attract candidates for open roles through job boards, social media, and targeted outreach
• Place outbound calls to job applicants to screen, qualify, and gather key information
• Coordinate background checks and drug screens and track results
• Manage candidate flow to keep the pipeline full and moving
• Help candidates complete applications and new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Send out digital forms and follow up with candidates to get everything completed on schedule
• Participate in conversations with potential clients to introduce BOS Staffing’s services and support the sales effort

What We’re Looking For

• Proven ability to work with urgency, juggle multiple priorities, and hit deadlines
• Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls and talking to people all day
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a strong plus (call center, hospitality, or inside sales all translate well)
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Social media savvy – you enjoy using LinkedIn and other platforms to connect and promote
