Description We are partnering with a local manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist for a 90-day temporary assignment. This individual will provide immediate recruiting and HR support, with a strong focus on hiring, onboarding, staffing coordination, and HR systems. This opportunity is best suited for someone who can step in quickly, work independently, and make an immediate impact with minimal training. Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions Create job postings, requisitions, offers, and candidate communications Source, screen, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process Partner with hiring managers and external staffing agencies Coordinate temp-to-hire conversions Support new-hire onboarding and orientation Maintain accurate ATS and HRIS records Support I-9, employment, and onboarding compliance Assist with safety orientation and training compliance Skills Recruiting, Full cycle recruiting, Human resources, Hiring, Ats, Onboarding, hris employment law, Talent acquisition, Written and verbal skills, Customer service, Applicant tracking systems, screen resumes, Recruiting hiring Top Skills Details Recruiting,Full cycle recruiting,Human resources,Hiring,Ats,Onboarding,hris employment law Additional Skills & Qualifications 3-5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operations experience Previous experience within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, warehouse, or distribution environments preferred Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems, onboarding, and staffing agency coordination Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to an established operation Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Versailles, KY. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
