Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to screening and engaging top-tier technical talent.
- Assist with talent mapping and market research to provide actionable insights that support business objectives and growth.
- Optimize recruitment processes and support new initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to gain a deep understanding of business needs and talent strategy.
Requirements
- Completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource or a related discipline.
- Enthusiasm for talent acquisition and organizational development in the tech space.
- Knowledge of the internet/tech industry; previous experience or internship in talent acquisition is highly valued.
- A proactive and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with others.
- Must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year.
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $80,169 – $121,600 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package, which may include additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
