About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the hiring process within our ATS for open positions while ensuring compliance with EEOC and OFCCP guidelines and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to conduct in-take meetings and communicate throughout the entire process.
  • Create position profiles to understand needs and requirements, and ensure positions meet company compensation guidelines.
  • Determine appropriate sourcing strategies for each position and educate hiring managers on the recruiting process.
  • Create comprehensive job descriptions based on manager and company specifications.
  • Recruit the most qualified candidates by using company-approved recruitment sources and designing creative recruitment tools.
  • Partner with the Human Resources team to select the most qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Perform phone interviews and reference checks, keep accurate records of recruiting sources used, and track applicant logs.
  • Solicit feedback to improve the hiring process, reduce turnover, and enhance talent acquisition.
  • Meet performance metrics as defined by the company.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and at least 2 years of full-cycle/high-volume recruitment experience.
  • Exceptional oral (phone), written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Broad knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law.
  • Ability to build and create internal relationships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to accurately document information.
  • The desire to work with and develop new recruitment tools.
  • Available to work a flexible work schedule, including occasional nights and weekends.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence candidates and colleagues.
  • Presentation of a positive image of Crystal Clean to fellow employees, external contacts, and the general public.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with ATS and external job boards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding Affirmative Action programs as outlined by the OFCCP.
  • Previous experience with HRIS and ADP experience a plus.

$75,000 - $85,000 annually, with benefits as described above.
