Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, interview plans, and hiring timelines.
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and talent communities.
  • Conduct structured phone screens and coordinate interview logistics with candidates and interviewers.
  • Facilitate a consistent, inclusive interview process; train interviewers on best practices and assist with conducting interviews as needed.
  • Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data; produce pipeline and time-to-fill reporting.
  • Draft job ads; optimize postings using market insights and performance data.
  • Support onboarding handoff and ensure an exceptional candidate-to-new-hire experience.

Onboarding Partner

  • Manage onboarding coordination (checklists, materials, access readiness, Week 1 facilitation, and milestone tracking).
  • Deliver onboarding training courses, as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (process, templates, and employer branding).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate outreach.
  • Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
  • Ability to use data to diagnose funnel issues and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Commitment to delivering an inclusive, candidate-centric hiring process.
