About the role

Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Pittsburgh. This position is a 12 month contract based on-site in our office in Pittsburgh. Hatch’s Talent Acquisition team provides coverage to all of Hatch’s global offices. With teams in India, South Africa, Chile, Columbia, Brazil, Australia, Canada and the U.S., you will be joining a dynamic international team that provides a best-in-class recruitment service.

Responsibilities

  • Sources top talent and implements key talent attraction strategies, in partnership with global and regional talent acquisition specialists.
  • Augments and implements strategies for sourcing scarce talent across multiple geographies, sectors, and demographics.
  • Manages and fosters relationships with business partners and HR partners.
  • Be a champion of inclusion and diversity.
  • Establishes and maintains talent market expertise including industry trends and competitors, and innovative recruiting techniques and platforms.
  • Builds and maintains brand awareness, a network of industry contacts, and strategic external partnerships.
  • Regularly engages with internal partners including global talent acquisition and HR Leads, and regional talent acquisition specialists to review strategic hiring needs and support recruiting activities across regions.

Requirements

You bring to the role strong internet research skills, comfort with Excel and other Microsoft Office products, reliability and accountability, adaptability and the ability to handle ambiguity, understanding of diversity and inclusion, and experience recruiting for tough-to-fill engineering and technical roles.
