About the role

Key Performance Objectives
- Proactively source and identify qualified talent through LinkedIn and other search tools to support immediate hiring needs across the organization.
- Develop and manage pipelines for future hiring initiatives in key business areas, including niche or hard-to-fill positions.
- Conduct market and talent research to support recruiter and leadership efforts with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with recruiters to support outreach strategies, screening coordination, and talent tracking for active requisitions.
- Assist with reporting, talent mapping, and strategic workforce planning efforts in alignment with company growth goals.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture within the HR department.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruiting research, or HR operations.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, resume databases, or a willingness to quickly learn.
- Highly organized with excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sourcing projects.
- Self-starter who is naturally curious, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in a team environment.
Education & Experience
- Internship or administrative experience in a business or professional setting is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
