Talent Acquisition Sourcer – Technology Recruiting
About the role
Join a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team where you'll play a key role in identifying and engaging top technology talent. Partnering closely with recruiters, you will develop innovative sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while helping drive organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates for technology roles, including Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, AI, and other Enterprise Technology positions.
- Partner with recruiters to create effective sourcing strategies and provide market intelligence.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.
- Provide insights on talent availability, competitor activity, compensation trends, market conditions, and hiring challenges.
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience through proactive communication and relationship management.
- Stay current on technology hiring trends, sourcing techniques, and recruiting best practices.
- Utilize innovative recruiting tools and strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT recruiting and/or sourcing experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, ATS, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.
- Experience leveraging recruiting analytics and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and stakeholders.
- Corporate recruiting experience required; agency recruiting experience is a plus.
- Experience recruiting within technology, financial services, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, and labor relations requirements.
