Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist is responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle, onboarding support, retention initiatives, recruiting analytics, and hiring strategy across the organization.
This role owns recruiting operations, candidate pipelines, recruiting spend, job advertising strategy, recruiting tools, reporting, and retention follow-up processes.
This is not a people-management position. It is an individual contributor role responsible for owning recruiting efforts and influencing hiring outcomes across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Recruiting budget and ad plan
- Job postings and sourcing strategy
- Recruiting tools and vendor relationships
- Candidate pipeline and reporting
- Recommendations on where to spend recruiting dollars
- Recruiting and retention metrics
- 30/60/90-day follow-up support
- Early turnover feedback and onboarding improvements
- Completing in-person interviews in our office in Hutto, TX
Qualifications
- 9–10 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, or related HR experience preferred.
- Experience recruiting for home services, skilled trades, construction, field service, sales, dispatch, customer service, or technician roles is strongly preferred.
Pay
- Base Salary: $70,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience
- Bonus Potential: $5,000–$12,000 annually
- Total Compensation Potential: $75,000–$97,000 annually
