Talent Acquisition Specialist
Wiese USA, one of the nation’s largest Cat® Lift Truck dealers, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their corporate team based in St. Louis (I-170 and Olive). Founded over 80 years ago, Wiese USA specializes in the sales and service of material handling equipment and warehouse management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates who fit our culture, including positions ranging from mechanics to sales to senior level managers.
- Conduct phone interviews to evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, and abilities.
- Consult with hiring managers to recommend candidates and develop potential compensation packages.
- Provide candidates with relevant information about Wiese USA, our culture, and benefits.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment.
- Proven success with cold calling / sourcing potential candidates without a database.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, various job boards, various social media).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastically promote Wiese USA to potential employees.
- Ability to work on-site in Olivette, MO (near I-170 and Olive).
