Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing needs. This role partners with hiring managers to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies and hiring plans.
• Maintain candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support onboarding activities and background screening processes.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring status updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting retail, corporate, technology, or distribution hiring.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
