Talent Acquisition R&D Sourcer

About the role

The R&D Sourcer plays a crucial role in supporting BeOne's expansion by focusing on talent sourcing, pipeline development, and talent intelligence. This position requires a deep understanding of the R&D function and the ability to attract top talent in clinical development, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, safety, biostatistics, and data science.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Business leaders, Hiring Managers, Recruiters, HRBPs, and TA leadership to understand current and future openings, developing detailed Sourcing Strategies
• Partner closely with Recruiters for each search, building rapport and a strong partnership, providing a clear view of your strategy, approach, results, and challenges on each search and ensuring buy-in and support
• Understand each potential prospect’s “career problem” and articulate how the BeOne opportunity might help solve it
• Provide research, market intelligence, insights, and competitive intelligence to Senior Leadership
• Build pipelines for future roles by curating and managing a slate of talent for critical positions on an ongoing basis
• Develop and continue to refine your candidate pitch to attract the best talent, adjusting based on new data and market conditions

Requirements

• Outside the box thinker with a true Sourcer/Hunter/Scout Mindset
• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with 5+ years focused on Sourcing passive candidates
• Previous experience recruiting in the BioPharma Industry supporting R&D functions
• Superior technical acumen and analytical mindset that relishes research-related work
• Experience using Chrome extensions and/or automation tools as part of their daily workflow
• Agile mindset, flexible, with the ability to quickly pivot, working across several sourcing projects simultaneously, while finding the best sourcing solutions and techniques based on the search
• Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter Advanced Search Features

Qualifications

• Prior Consulting or Retained Search experience
• Expert working knowledge of Workday and/or other Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM’s
• Previous experience working with GEM and/or other sourcing platforms
• Analytics-driven, with previous experience using tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights and Talent Neuron

Pay

The salary range for this role is $ - $ per hour.
