We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Professional to join our Energy & Power recruiting team, with a dedicated focus on scaling our Energy & Power Utilities Design Engineering talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver full-cycle recruiting solutions for some of the most technically complex and business-critical engineering positions across our global Energy & Power portfolio.
  • Partner closely with leaders across our Energy & Power Business Unit to drive the hiring of highly specialized technical professionals who support the modernization, resilience, and expansion of critical utility infrastructure.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience while executing recruiting strategies for roles such as Electrical Engineers, Protection & Controls Engineers, Substation and Transmission Line Engineers, Civil & Structural Engineers, Distribution Designers, BIM/Design Technicians, and Project Management specialists.
  • Identify, engage, and convert passive engineering talent across the utility sector.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders and hiring managers to manage a high requisition workload (~30-50 reqs & ~10+ Exempt level / Senior Engineering hires per month).
  • Research niche engineering roles, open and manage requisitions, source and cold-call passive candidates, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, negotiate and close offers.
  • Maintain meticulous tracking of candidate activity and ensure timely communication throughout the process.
  • Build robust talent pipelines and project-specific engineering rosters that accelerate future hiring.
  • Prepare and deliver recruiting reports to share with Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring manager teams.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience
  • Minimum 2 years in Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), or technical environments supporting professional level roles.
  • Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS) - Avature preferred
  • Demonstrated success building talent pipelines that accelerate hiring for hard-to-fill engineering roles
  • Knowledge of OFCCP procedures and regulations in the US
  • High level of personal accountability, integrity, and authenticity; detail-oriented, passionate, and intellectually curious
