Pay

$1,634 to $1,808 weekly (includes taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements).

Schedule

5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (08:00 – 17:00). Assignment length: 52 weeks. Start date: 09/14/2026.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to fill job openings.
• Utilize Aya’s job database to identify and present opportunities to candidates.
• Facilitate expedited licensing and compliance processes for candidates.
• Provide career guidance and support to candidates pursuing travel, per diem, or permanent roles.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
