Job Summary

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Business Analyst in Sacramento, CA. This position offers a competitive salary range of $1807.00 to $1980.00 weekly, with a 52-week assignment length and a Day shift from 08:00 - 17:00. There is 1 opening available, starting on August 3, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Supports the implementation and maintenance of the Epic charting system
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and outcomes
• Conducts data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develops and maintains documentation related to business processes and systems

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare IT environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and terminology
