About the Opportunity:The Talent Acquisition Pipeline Manager leads the operations of the talent acquisition function, overseeing the end-to-end hiring pipeline to ensure efficient and consistent candidate progression. This role manages a team responsible for recruiting coordination and sourcing, aligning operational activities with hiring priorities. The position is critical for building scalable recruitment systems, improving hiring efficiency, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the recruiting organization. 3. Responsibilities:• Lead operational strategy and daily execution of the talent acquisition pipeline across sourcing, coordination, and recruiting support.• Manage and develop a team of Coordinators and Sourcers, fostering accountability and performance.• Monitor pipeline health to maintain efficient, consistent candidate flow aligned with hiring needs.• Enhance interviewer capacity through improved planning, scheduling, and stakeholder readiness.• Reduce time-to-fill by optimizing pipeline readiness and recruiting workflows.• Implement operational rigor in scheduling, sourcing support, candidate movement, reporting, and process management.• Collaborate with Talent Partners, staffing, and hiring leaders to align operations with hiring forecasts and priorities.• Translate recruiting data into insights that drive operational improvements.• Build scalable systems, workflows, and process standards to improve efficiency and candidate experience.• Ensure high-quality recruiting support for candidates, interviewers, recruiters, and hiring managers.• Continuously refine talent acquisition operations through process design and systems thinking. 4. Requirements:• 6+ years in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, pipeline management, or recruiting support.• 3+ years managing recruiting support teams such as coordinators and sourcers.• Experience enhancing hiring operations and recruiting workflows in fast-paced settings.• Proficiency in managing recruiting metrics, reporting, and operational insights.• Strong cross-functional partnership skills with recruiters, HR, and business stakeholders.• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.• Expertise with ATS platforms like Greenhouse.• Strong analytical, process design, workflow optimization, and systems-thinking skills.• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.• Excellent communication and organizational skills. 5.
