Main Duties
- Handle full cycle recruitment process from intake to sourcing, screen, interview, and offer.
- Partner with hiring teams to provide guidance and market conditions in order to perform proper goal settings and adjust expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- Educate the hiring team on appropriate assessment and interview strategy.
- Collaborate with the TA Coordinators to drive job posting, requisition creation, interview, candidate screening, and offer process.
- Perform advanced LinkedIn searches and effectively use social media to source active and passive candidates and create an online community/network.
- Phone/email candidate screening.
- Be the communication bridge between all cross functional departments throughout the recruitment process.
- When necessary, proactively assist cross functional team in order to cross the recruitment finish line.
- Promote positive candidate experience.
- Flag potential issues throughout the recruitment process that includes but not limited to classification, pay equity, budget and approvals.
- Aid in compiling reports.
- Work with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Interact and administer ATS system.
