Main Duties

  • Handle full cycle recruitment process from intake to sourcing, screen, interview, and offer.
  • Partner with hiring teams to provide guidance and market conditions in order to perform proper goal settings and adjust expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Educate the hiring team on appropriate assessment and interview strategy.
  • Collaborate with the TA Coordinators to drive job posting, requisition creation, interview, candidate screening, and offer process.
  • Perform advanced LinkedIn searches and effectively use social media to source active and passive candidates and create an online community/network.
  • Phone/email candidate screening.
  • Be the communication bridge between all cross functional departments throughout the recruitment process.
  • When necessary, proactively assist cross functional team in order to cross the recruitment finish line.
  • Promote positive candidate experience.
  • Flag potential issues throughout the recruitment process that includes but not limited to classification, pay equity, budget and approvals.
  • Aid in compiling reports.
  • Work with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Interact and administer ATS system.
