• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned positions, from intake through hire.
• Develop sourcing strategies and proactively identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Idealist, referrals, professional networks, job boards, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews to assess experience, competencies, motivation, and organizational alignment.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, selection activities, references, and offer processes.
