About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner - Provider Recruitment, you will be a key strategic partner within our corporate business support team, responsible for managing the candidate experience for Advanced Practitioners (NPs, PAs) across multiple outpatient mental health clinics.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to anticipate and identify talent needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and clinical requirements.
- Leverage market data to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that attract talented clinical professionals.
- Monitor and manage requisitions and candidate workflows to maintain efficiency and compliance within the recruitment process.
- Cultivate insights into the competitive landscape of assigned regions to inform and enhance recruitment strategies.
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and selection to placement of clinical staff.
- Conduct initial screening interviews with qualified candidates and manage the scheduling and logistics of subsequent interview stages.
- Execute thorough reviews of resumes and applications, ensuring candidates meet job descriptions and qualifications.
- Provide continuous support and advocacy for candidates throughout their recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in APP and/or physician recruiting.
- Experience in recruiting APPs and physicians within the behavioral health sector (preferred).
- AAPPR certification (preferred).

Pay
The annual compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities.
