About the role
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner plays a critical role in sourcing, attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for Intermountain Health. The TA Partner acts as a hiring leader’s primary source of talent acquisition strategy and is accountable for driving all aspects of full lifecycle recruiting process, including planning, sourcing, screening and selection, while ensuring an extraordinary recruitment experience.
Responsibilities
- Acts as strategic business partner and collaborates with hiring managers, operational leadership and other internal departments in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans to hire the right talent at the right time.
- Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing components involved in full-life cycle recruiting for a portfolio of positions designated by TA Leadership.
- Develops a qualified applicant pool from multiple sources and in partnership with Talent Attraction team including direct sourcing, competitive information, websites, referrals, job fairs, and advertising, networking, and internal candidate pools.
- Successfully utilizes multiple TA-related technologies, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), AI, various sourcing tools, and other job-related platforms such as social media and job boards.
- Serves as a trusted partner to business leaders, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies and market insights to meet organizational hiring goals.
- Supports service level agreements to ensure service excellence, efficiency and meeting time to fill targets.
- Ensures a positive candidate experience by proactively communicating timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensures all recruitment activities comply with local, state, and federal employment laws.
- Maintains accurate records and reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Represents Talent Acquisition on various committees and workgroups that are responsible for decisions on recruitment tools and strategies that impact HR.
Requirements
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to coach and influence leaders.
- Effective project management skills, a high degree of accuracy, and sound decision making with limited supervision.
- Experience leveraging technology to continually enhance and refine processes.
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of electronic spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work independently with all levels of employees and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree obtained through an accredited institution.
- Experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, Staffing, or related field.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulation relevant to talent acquisition.
- Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies and able to develop strategic recruiting programs.
- Experience in a role requiring HR Information Systems/Applicant Tracking System knowledge.

Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $34.26 - $53.96
