Responsibilities

  • Owns full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of requisitions, ensuring roles are approved and managed through the hiring process with minimal oversight.
  • Partners closely with hiring managers to intake roles, align on candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting and interview strategies.
  • Develops, executes, and refines sourcing strategies to build high-quality candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintains accurate applicant tracking data throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provides consultative guidance to hiring managers and leadership, influencing hiring decisions and ensuring alignment with recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Manages the candidate experience end-to-end, including interview coordination, feedback collection, offer process support, and pre-hire activities.
  • Conducts initial phone screens or in-person interviews as required.
  • Expands sourcing efforts through online platforms, networking, and other recruiting tools and channels.
  • Mentors or provides guidance to junior team members as needed.
  • Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local laws, wherein the Company operates.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Four (4) or more years of related work experience
