Talent Acquisition Partner - Healthcare

National Church Residences · Dublin, OH · 5 days ago
Full-time

About the role

At National Church Residences, every role connects to one mission: enriching the lives of seniors and their families. With 360+ communities, we're the nation's largest not-for-profit provider of affordable senior housing and services. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll find the nurses, therapists, and leaders who care for seniors every day. You'll be joining a TA team that is actively rebuilding how it works — investing in a clear partnership model with hiring managers, better sourcing tools, and workloads that let recruiters do quality work.

This role supports healthcare communities and home health teams across Ohio, recruiting LPNs, RNs, STNAs, and physical therapists, many in rural markets where the talent pool is small and every candidate has options. The seat is for someone who moves fast, builds relationships with schools and local networks before reqs open, and can compete with hospital systems by selling flexibility, mission, and a reason to stay.
