Talent Acquisition Partner - Global E-Commerce - San Jose

About the Role

The team is mainly responsible for building non-technical business teams under Global E-Commerce in the US. Members are based globally, such as APAC, China, and AMS. The team fosters equality, mutual support, growth, and a fact-based culture while providing ample career development space and advisory to achieve mutual success between the team and the business.

You will work hand in hand with business teams to achieve recruitment goals and support hiring leaders on key initiatives, including recruitment process optimization, analytics and reporting, talent research and sourcing, diversity recruiting strategy, and enhancing candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand business logic, organizational models, and hiring needs; partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Identify, attract, negotiate complex compensation packages, and close candidates at all levels; continuously deliver high-quality candidates to fulfill business recruitment goals.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
• Act as the employer branding champion to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent TikTok's culture meaningfully.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and takes initiative and risks.
• Strong passion for the industry and ability to embrace and adapt to changes while learning quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

The base salary range for this position in San Jose is $90,000 - $128,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
